Rule 28. Withdrawal of Counsel in a Criminal Case
No withdrawal of counsel will be allowed between arraignment and preliminary hearing except for good cause shown in writing submitted no later than twenty (20) days before preliminary hearing.
After bind over no application to withdraw as counsel for a defendant will be considered unless presented to the Court at least twenty (20) days before the date on which the case is set for trial.
