§ 2-511. Judicial review
Currentness
Judicial review of final determinations, findings, and conclusions of the Director under this act1 shall be in the manner provided by the Administrative Procedures Act.2 A revocation or suspension of a registration based on the revocation or suspension of a professional or occupational license shall be final and conclusive where judicial review is available with respect to the revocation or suspension of the professional or occupational license.
