§ 18. Violation of provisions--Penalties
Currentness
Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this article,1 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than Twenty-five nor more than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), and not less than thirty (30) days nor more than six (6) months in jail.
