Rule 2. Supreme Court Rules for District Courts
Currentness
The Rules for the District Courts of Oklahoma as heretofore or hereafter adopted and promulgated by the Supreme Court of Oklahoma, are specifically and especially adopted as Rules of this Court. (See Title 12, Oklahoma Statutes, Chapter 2, Appendix and as amended.) The Rules for the District Courts of Oklahoma as adopted by the Supreme Court of Oklahoma shall supersede any rule herein if conflict arises between the two. The Rules for the District Courts of Oklahoma shall govern any matter of practice or procedure not specifically included herein.
