OK 19 District Court Rule 2.3
Rule 2.3. Journal Entry
In all contested matters, the Journal Entry presented for signature of the Court must contain the attorneys' or pro se parties' signature of approval as to form for all interested parties to the proceedings.
The Journal Entry must be submitted to the trial judge and filed within thirty (30) days of the judge's ruling, unless waived by the Court. If the parties do not agree as to the form of Journal Entry, then they shall provide a proposed Journal Entry within the same period.
