§ 437. Interference with protective covering devices--Penalties
Any person, firm or corporation found guilty of destroying, removing, or damaging or otherwise interfering with the fencing, or other protective devices approved by the Chief Mine Inspector, as provided in Section 1 hereof,1 shall be fined not less than Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) or more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).
