Rule 37. Law Library
The Pottawatomie County Law Library shall be open to the general public during regular office hours. The Lincoln County Law Library shall be open to the general public during regular office hours. Active members of the Pottawatomie County Bar Association may obtain magnetic access entry cards to the Pottawatomie County Law Library building for use after regular hours from the Chief Judge. The access cards shall be subject to revocation by the Chief Judge in the event of a finding of misuse.
