§ 2-411. General penalty clause
Any person who violates any provision of this act1 not subject to a specific penalty provision is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than one (1) year, or by a fine of not more than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), or by both such fine and imprisonment.
