Rule 1. Professional Standards
The Rules of Professional Conduct, as promulgated by the American Bar Association and adopted by the Supreme Court of Oklahoma, are hereby adopted as a Rule of this Court for the direction and guidance of the attorneys. (See: Title 5, Oklahoma Statutes, Chapter 1, Appendix 3-A)
The Oklahoma Code of Judicial Conduct, as promulgated by the American Bar Association and adopted by the Supreme Court of Oklahoma, is adopted as a Rule of this Court for the direction of the Judges. (See Title 5, Oklahoma Statutes, Chapter 1, Appendix 4.)
