§ 28d. Certain offices not affected by this act
Nothing contained in this act1 shall be construed as abolishing or affecting any attorneyship where the salary thereof is paid from funds not provided by the State of Oklahoma; and provided further, that nothing contained in this act shall be construed as abolishing or affecting the Office of Proration Attorney, Pardon and Parole Attorney, Counsel, whether one or more for the Grand River Dam Authority, and any legal assistance for the Assistant Representative of the State of Oklahoma on the Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission.
