Rule 2.6. Court-Appointed Attorneys and Guardians Ad Litem
Currentness
Court-appointed attorneys and/or guardians ad litem for a minor or an incapacitated or alleged incapacitated adult shall be given notice of all proceedings and copies of all pleadings filed by the other parties and/or their attorneys.
