§ 2-11-606. Retailer-Sale requirements
Currentness
A retailer shall not sell or offer for sale a covered device in this state unless the covered device is labeled in accordance with Section 5 of this act1 and the manufacturer of the covered device is included on the state list of manufacturers with recovery plans.
