§ 40. Obstruction of inspectors--Penalty
Currentness
Every person who willfully obstructs the Chief Mine Inspector or district mine inspector, in the execution of his duties under this act1 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction he shall be punished as hereinafter provided.
