§ 50.1. Powers of military officers
For the purposes as set forth in this act,1 military officers, as designated herein, shall have the same power and authority to administer oaths and affirmations, and take depositions, affidavits and acknowledgments of persons in the military, naval, or other armed services of the United States, as officers now authorized by the laws of this state for like purposes.
