§ 2-306. Transmission of copies of convictions
On the conviction of any person of the violation of any provision of this act,1 a certified copy of the judgment of conviction shall be sent by the clerk of the court to the Director and to the board or officer, if any, by whom the convicted defendant has been licensed or registered to practice his or her profession or to carry on his or her business.
