§ 9.27A. Client Assistance Program
Currentness
The office is hereby authorized to conduct the Client Assistance Program for the State of Oklahoma under the terms of Section 112 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 as amended1 as long as federal funds are available. The office is authorized to pursue legal and administrative remedies necessary to operate this program.
