Rule DR 6. Pretrial Orders
Currentness
All Applications to Set Pretrial Conference, Orders Setting Pretrial Conference, and Pretrial Orders for Family cases must be submitted on the Family Division pretrial order form available from the Court Clerk's office or substantially similar from with all required information. A pre-trial order must be submitted by the parties before a case will be set for trial.
