§ 120.9. Validity of permit issued under Section 3 of Aircraft Pilot and Passenger Protection Act
A permit issued in accordance with the provisions of Section 31 of the Aircraft Pilot and Passenger Protection Act is valid only if the proposed structure has been constructed within ten (10) years of the issuance of a permit by the Commission pursuant to Section 8 of this act.
