§ 15-123. Appropriations by boards of county commissioners
2. A sum not less than Eight Thousand Dollars ($8,000.00) in counties having a net assessed valuation, as provided in Section 1, Chapter 6, Title 19, Oklahoma Session Laws 1943,1 at the time the appropriation is made of not less than Thirty-five Million Dollars ($35,000,000.00) and not more than Forty Million Dollars ($40,000,000.00); or a sum of not less than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) in counties having such a net assessed valuation at the time the appropriation is made of more than Forty Million Dollars ($40,000,000.00) but not more than Forty-five Million Dollars ($45,000,000.00); or a sum not less than Twelve Thousand Dollars ($12,000.00) in counties having such a net assessed valuation at the time the appropriation is made of more than Forty-five Million Dollars ($45,000,000.00).
