Rule 8. Dissolution
Currentness
If both parties are represented by attorneys, they shall furnish to opposing counsel a verified financial declaration 48 hours in advance of a temporary order hearing. No dissolution case will be set for trial unless the parties have gone to mediation or been excused from mediation by the assigned judge. Agreements in mediation shall be signed by the parties.
