Rule 7. Civil
All Motions in civil cases except those not requiring a brief pursuant to District Court Rule 4c shall be ruled on based upon the pleadings unless a written request for a hearing is made at the time of filing of the Motion or Response. Attorneys should notify the Court immediately if a case is dismissed so that any hearing can be stricken. The jury fee shall be paid on the day jury trial is requested.
