§ 1-105b. Soliciting residents for nursing care facilities
Any employee of the State Department of Health who willfully or knowingly accepts anything of value from any person, firm, association, partnership or corporation for securing or soliciting residents for any facility subject to the Nursing Home Care Act,1 the Residential Care Act,2 the Continuum of Care and Assisted Living Act,3 or any other long-term care facility licensed by the Department, upon conviction thereof, shall be guilty of a felony.
