OK 11 District Court Rule 10
Rule 10. Jury Trial Cutoff
All cases are subject to jury trials on the date set. Attorneys are responsible to remain in contact with the Court to determine the status of their case on the trial docket. After a case has been docketed for jury trial, any agreements of the parties to plea or settle the case shall be communicated to the Court by the cutoff date set by the Court. All motions and amendments must be filed by the cutoff date in order to be considered by the Court. Any pleas in criminal cases, which are not accepted and communicated to the cutoff date, will be blind pleas to the Court. In the event the Court is not notified of settlement or plea bargain acceptance by the cutoff date and a jury reports for the trial as scheduled, the Court shall have the discretion to tax the costs of the reporting jurors and such reasonable costs as the Court may determine, to either or both of the parties who failed to give the required notice to the Court.
