§ 10. Manner of trial
Currentness
The Supreme Court may try said issue of fact in banc or may designate one of its members to preside at such trial; and a jury shall be secured as provided in the following section.1 The Court or the Justice trying the same shall conduct said trial, and the verdict therein shall be rendered in the same manner as the trial of issues of fact in civil causes in district courts.
