§ 15-32. State not liable for deficiency or expense
Currentness
The State of Oklahoma shall not be liable for any sum of money whatsoever, by reason of the running, operating or establishing of a free district fair, pursuant to the provisions of this article.1 Any deficiency or expense occasioned by the running or operating of a free district fair shall never be paid by the State of Oklahoma, nor be a charge against the state.
