Exhibits shall be pre-marked in numerical order. A summary list of numerically marked exhibits shall be made available to the court reporter prior to every hearing or trial. In criminal cases, the parties are required to provide an original and two copies of each exhibit prior to the admission of any exhibit. The parties are required to provide an original photograph and two copies of all non-documentary exhibits such as: weapons, controlled dangerous substances, clothing, etc.
