§ 213. Land office suits--Failure of district attorney
The neglect or failure on the part of a district attorney to diligently and faithfully perform the duties required of him by this act,1 will be grounds for removal from office in an action brought by the Attorney General by direction of the Governor upon resolution of the Commissioners of the Land Office, unless said district attorney was disqualified from appearing in said matter or matters.
