Rule 30. Weapons Prohibited
Currentness
No person shall carry a firearm or other weapon in any courtroom of the Twenty-third Judicial Districts without prior approval of the assigned Judge, except for law enforcement officers. This rule excludes officers who are appearing as a named party in pending litigation.
