§ 14-69. Suspension, cancellation, revocation or refusal to re-issue license--Violations--Penalties
A. The State Board of Agriculture may suspend, cancel, revoke, or refuse reissuance of a license after the person has an opportunity for public hearing pursuant to the Administrative Procedures Act,1. In addition, the person may be prosecuted for any of the following violations:
B. It shall be unlawful for any person, holder or nonholder of a valid license to violate any provisions of the Oklahoma Service Technician and Service Agency Act or rules promulgated thereto. Any violation shall be punishable by the imposition of a fine of not less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) and not more than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00).
