§ 35.2. Legislative intent
It is the intent of the Legislature, through enactment of the Information Technology Consolidation and Coordination Act, to:

Streamline and consolidate systems for financial and administrative services, with particular emphasis on combining the seventy-six financial systems, twenty-two unique employee time and record-keeping systems, seventeen types of document imaging systems, thirty data center locations and one hundred twenty-nine electronic mail and smart phone services used by the state; and
