§ 587. Penalty
Currentness
Any person violating the provisions of Sections 1478 and 1479 of this article,1 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not exceeding Fifty Dollars ($50.00), or imprisoned in the county jail not exceeding thirty (30) days, or may be punished by both such fine and imprisonment.
