Rule 5.6. Preliminary Hearings
Currentness
Both the State and the defense are expected to be ready to begin a preliminary hearing at the time scheduled. The time scheduled for the beginning of a preliminary hearing is not to be considered a time to engage in negotiations or a time to interview witnesses.
