Rule 5.9. Endorsement of Witnesses
Currentness
In compliance with 22 O.S. ยง 303, the District Attorney shall endorse on the Information at the time it is filed, the names and last known addresses of all witnesses the State intends to call at the preliminary examination of trial.
No supplemental endorsement shall be made without leave of the Court. The Court may, at its discretion, grant said motion instanter.
