§ 564.4. Notice of hearing
Currentness
Notice of the hearing of said petition shall be given by publication in a newspaper published in the town or city where the church or religious organization was located if there be one, and if there be none, then in a newspaper at the county seat of the county, for two consecutive weekly issues, the first publication being at least fifteen (15) days prior to the day of the hearing.
