Rule 53. Effective Date of Court Rules
The effective date of these rules is the signature date hereinafter. These rules shall remain in full force & effect until such date and time as the same are revised individually or as a whole.
It is the responsibility of counsel and pro se parties to secure and maintain a copy of current Court Rules of the First Judicial District.
