Rule 52. Court Clerks to Maintain and Provide Rules
Each of the Court Clerks for Cimarron, Texas, Beaver and Harper counties shall maintain at all times, in plain view on their filing counters, available copies of these Court Rules for the taking by counsel and unrepresented parties. The counterpart original of these Court Rules and any subsequent revisions shall be filed with the Court Clerk and retained as custodian of court records.
