Denying Terpening's Petition Regarding National Grid's Practices and Waiver of Certain Fees
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 2/20/14, the PSC adopted an order denying the petition of Terpening Trucking Company, Inc. (Terpening) to waive fees associated with disconnection of electric service.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 65

Purpose:
To deny Terpening's petition regarding National Grid's practices and waiver of certain fees.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on February 20, 2014, adopted an order denying the petition of Terpening Trucking Company, Inc. to waive fees and allowed National Grid to charge the company for the cost of removing the electric distribution facilities, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
