Remote Net Metering
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
The Long Island Power Authority adopted a proposal to modify its Tariff for Electric Service ("Tariff") to implement remote net metering and to increase the cap within the Tariff on participation in net metering.
Statutory authority:
Public Authorities Law, section 1020-f(z) and (u); and Public Service Law, sections 66-j and 66-l
Subject:
Remote net metering.
Purpose:
To implement remote net metering and to increase the cap within the Tariff on participation in net metering.
