Establishing Rates for Gas Service
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 4/20/17, the PSC adopted an order approving National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation (NFG) to increase annual revenues by $5.9 million.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 5, 65 and 66
Subject:
Establishing rates for gas service.
Purpose:
To approve NFG to increase annual revenues.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on April 20, 2017, adopted an order approving National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation (NFG) to increase annual revenues by $5.9 million and directed NFG to file further tariff revisions to P.S.C. No. 9 – Gas, to effectuate the provisions, to take effect on May 1, 2017, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
