Petition for Modifications to the GBE KPIs
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 12/14/23, the PSC adopted an order approving Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid, et al.'s (National Grid) petition for modifications to the Gas Business Enablement Program Key Performance Indicators (GBE KPIs).
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 70
Subject:
Petition for modifications to the GBE KPIs.
Purpose:
To approve National Grid's petition for modifications to the GBE KPIs.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on December 14, 2023, adopted an order approving Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid, The Brooklyn Union Gas Company d/b/a National Grid NY, and KeySpan Gas East Corporation d/b/a National Grid’s (collectively, National Grid) petition for modifications to the Gas Business Enablement Program Key Performance Indicators applicable to National Grid, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
