PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Amendment of Part 39 of Title 11 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Financial Services Law, sections 202, 302; Insurance Law, sections 301, 1117, 3201, 3217, 3221, 3229, 4235, 4237 and art. 43; Social Services Law, section 367-f
Subject:
Minimum Standards for the New York State Partnership for Long-Term Care Program.
Purpose:
To update the current minimum daily benefit amounts for partnership long term care coverage for the period 1/1/2024-1/1/2033.
