PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed Action:
Amendment of Appendix 2 of Title 4 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Civil Service Law, section 6(1)
Subject:
Jurisdictional Classification.
Purpose:
To delete a position from and to classify positions in the non-competitive class.
Text of proposed rule:
Amend Appendix 2 of the Rules for the Classified Service, listing positions in the non-competitive class, in the Westchester County under the subheading “Office of the District Attorney,” by deleting therefrom the position of øForensic Accountant (1) and by adding thereto the positions of øForensic Accountant(s) and Staff Assistant(s)(bilingual Services); under the subheading “Department of Information Technology,” by adding thereto the position of Program Coordinator (Media Services) (1).
