PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 4/19/18, the PSC adopted an order, adopting, with modifications, New York State Electric and Gas Corporation's (NYSEG) proposed changes to the Dynamic Load Management (DLM) Program.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 5(1), (2), 65(1), (5), 66(1), (12) and (14)
Subject:
DLM Program.
Purpose:
To adopt, with modifications, NYSEG's proposed changes to the DLM Program.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on April 19, 2018, adopted an order adopting, with modifications, New York State Electric and Gas Corporation's (NYSEG) proposed changes to the Dynamic Load Management (DLM) Program, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
Final rule as compared with last published rule:
No changes.
