Minor Rate Filing
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 4/19/18, the PSC adopted an order approving, with modifications, Arrow Park Inc.'s (Arrow Park) minor rate filing to increase its annual revenues by $8,471 or 50.37 percent and to change its billing cycle from semi-annually to quarterly.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 4(1), 5(1)(f), 89-c(1), (3), (10)(a), (b) and (f).
Subject:
Minor rate filing.
Purpose:
To approve, with modifications, Arrow Park's minor rate filing to increase annual revenues and change its billing cycle.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on April 19, 2018, adopted an order approving, with modifications, Arrow Park Inc.'s (Arrow Park) minor rate filing to increase its annual revenues by $8,471 or 50.37% and to change its billing cycle from semi-annually to quarterly. Arrow Park is also authorized to surcharge its customers $19.60 per quarter, for eight quarters over two years beginning May 1, 2019, to collect funds to repay a callable loan of $4,310 (inclusive of interest) from Arrow Park Lodge and establish an escrow account for extraordinary repairs, meter replacements and upgrades, and capital projects, with a maximum balance of $10,000, to be funded by a quarterly surcharge of $45.00 beginning May 1, 2019, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
