A Notice of Emergency Adoption and Proposed Rule Making, I.D. No. CFS-15-18-00007-EP, pertaining to Specialized Secure Detention Facilities, published in the April 11, 2018 issue of the State Register, indicated in one location that the “Proposed Action” portion of the rule making would constitute an “Amendment of sections 180-3.20 through 180-3.32 of Title 9 NYCRR.” However, since these sections are not currently in effect on a permanent basis, the proposed action may instead be described more accurately as: “Addition of sections 180-3.20 through 180-3.32 of Title 9 NYCRR.”
