PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of section 145-2.2(b)(2)(ii) of Title 8 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Education Law, sections 101, 207 (not subdivided), 305(1), (2), 602(2), 661(2) and 665(6)
Subject:
Tuition Assistance Program.
Purpose:
Establishment of standards for a student to regain good academic standing for the purposes of receiving awards under TAP.
