Submetering of Electricity
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 1/21/16, the PSC adopted an order authorizing 560 West 24th Street Condominium (560 West 24th Street) to submeter electricity at 552 West 24th Street, New York, NY 10011.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 30, 32-48, 52, 53, 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)
Subject:
Submetering of electricity.
Purpose:
To authorize 560 West 24th Street to submeter electricity at 552 West 24th Street, New York, NY 10011.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on January 21, 2016, adopted an order authorizing 560 West 24th Street Condominium to submeter electricity at 552 West 24th Street, New York, NY 10011, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.

No changes.
