PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed Action:
The Public Service Commission is considering a petition from Time Warner Cable Northeast LLC requesting a transfer of assets from Princetown Cable Company, Inc.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 222
Subject:
To consider the Asset Purchase Agreement with Princetown Cable Company, Inc. by Time Warner Cable Northeast LLC.
Purpose:
To allow the Princetown Cable Company, Inc. to distribute its equity interest to Time Warner Cable Northeast LLC.
Substance of proposed rule:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to approve, modify, or reject the Petition of Time Warner Cable Northeast LLC for the transfer of assets including the franchise agreement and facilities from Princetown Cable Company, Inc. in accordance with Section 222.
