Amended Lease Agreement for Space in the NYSEG Facility
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed Action:
The Commission is considering a petition filed by New York State Electric & Gas Corporation (NYSEG) requesting the approval of an Amended Lease Agreement to lease space in the NYSEG facility located at 18 Link Drive, Binghamton, New York.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 70
Subject:
Amended Lease Agreement for space in the NYSEG facility.
Purpose:
Review of Amended Lease Agreement between NYSEG and Coughlin & Gerhart, LLP.
Substance of proposed rule:
The Public Service Commission (Commission) is considering a petition filed on December 10, 2018 by New York State Electric & Gas Corporation (NYSEG), requesting an approval of an Amended Lease Agreement to lease space in the NYSEG facility located at 18 Link Drive, Binghamton, New York.
An existing tenant, Coughlin & Gerhart, LLP/COIF Realty Corporation (Coughlin & Gerhart, LLP) has expressed interest in leasing additional space adjacent to its existing space.
