Submetering of Electricity
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 1/17/19, the PSC adopted an order approving 915 West End Avenue Owner II LLC's (915 West End) petition to submeter electricity at 915 West End Avenue, New York, New York.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 30, 32-48, 52, 53, 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)
Subject:
Submetering of electricity.
Purpose:
To approve 915 West End's petition to submeter electricity.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on January 17, 2019, adopted an order approving 915 West End Avenue Owner II LLC's petition to submeter electricity at 915 West End Avenue, New York, New York, located in the service territory of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc., subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
